We provide and handle all administrative and support services related to the implementation of a specific business case in line with binding legal regulations, i.e., we handle all administrative requirements related to licensing / licences issued by the Licensing Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic (hereinafter "MIT LS CR"). We provide

• Handling the issuance of MIT LS CR licences according to Act 38/1994 Coll.
• Communication with the MIT LS CR and other relevant bodies in the CR
• Subsequent administration associated with issued licences, e.g., sending information defining the use of the given licence to the MIT LS CR (according to Section 17 of Act 38/1994 Coll.) including licence extension at the MIT LS CR
• Consulting and advisory services associated with transport permit of the Police of the Czech Republic pursuant to Act 119/2002 Coll., - if required
• Consulting and advisory services associated with licensing conditions and their incorporation into purchase or other contracts
• Assistance in terms of adherence to other secondary licensing conditions according to Section 16, (3), h) of Act 38/1994 Coll.
